Make it Home Bay Area relies on the incredible support of our local volunteers.
Together, we organize furniture, process donations, repair and refurbish pieces that need a little TLC, and carefully select items for new homes.
If you're in Marin or the Greater Bay Area and you have a passion for helping those in need, we’d love for you to join our team of dedicated volunteers. It’s a fun, high-energy environment where you’ll make a real difference in the lives of people in the community.

Before your first shift, we’ll ask you to attend a mandatory volunteer orientation.
Please wear CLOSED-TOED shoes, arrive on time, and note that volunteer shifts are 3 hours long. You’ll also be asked to sign a liability waiver.
