Make It Home Has New Systems!
Our new partner tools make requesting furniture faster, easier, and fully trackable — from submission to delivery.
All existing partners need to re-register through our new system. Here's how:

Complete the Become an Agency Partner Form — a manager or supervisor at your organization submits this to get your agency set up.

Register your team — once your agency is confirmed, you'll receive a registration link to forward to any caseworkers who submit requests.

Attend a short orientation — join us for a virtual overview of the new tools before submitting your first request.

Access your Partner Dashboard — your one-stop portal for submitting furniture requests, viewing past submissions, and managing invoices.

Our service fees are $450 for a household served.
We highly recommend submitting a video of the space for each furnishings request.
