Make It Home is seeking a highly organized, strategic, execution-oriented Director of Advancement to lead and implement a comprehensive marketing and fundraising strategy across multiple functions — campaigns, donor stewardship, content, and reporting — in partnership with the CEO and outside consultants. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll set strategy and personally execute it, from appeals and social media content to donor calls and campaign calendars, with full ownership from concept through completion.

Not suited for someone whose experience is limited to posting assigned content. We're looking for strategy, discernment, ownership, and execution — someone comfortable operating as both the architect and the builder.
