Agreement to item conditions and guidelines:

1. By submitting this form, I confirm that all the items I am donating are in good, clean, working condition, and free of pet hair and that I've reviewed the guidelines and requirements for donated items on the Make It Home website.

2. I understand MIH staff has the right to refuse any item(s) at the time of drop-off if the guidelines are not met.

3. I also agree that if for any reason, Make It Home cannot use my item(s) for clients, they may be given leave to sell the item(s) to raise monies for other items clients may need or give the item away as they see fit.

We will respond to your submission as soon as possible. Please note that we review submissions Monday-Thursday only. If you submit a request on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, we will respond during the next business week. (Please trust we are working as quickly as possible but are inundated with requests.)
